Superb nice weather this weekend. On Saturday we set out in search of curtain rods and a coffin. We started by looking for chest in antique shop at Östanå ferry. Coffins were there but not as we had intended. Here, however, was something else. An old low sideboard maybe you could call it. It is made of oak. Probably around 1920 in England according antique dealer. There was no coffin was sold to the cottage. Without this had to fill that spot. But it feels right.
A quick installation shows that it was a successful purchase. Too bad I purchased the fabric so that it could have been fixed this weekend. But then I get the opportunity to sew after next weekend instead. Next weekend there will be unfortunately no crafting with the cottage but I shall Värmland forests that weekend. There, tucked kraftmaid away in a shed, it is an old horse trailer, waiting to be retrieved. Grandfather must have shouted it at auction for the incredible sum of SEK 5. It was a while ago of course. Now we hope that it is in good enough condition. Thought not want it to go in. Without thinking place it on the site as embellishment. Much like this stroller. kraftmaid
