Pie is one of the popular sports Albanian. The entire pie cooks Balkans, though originally kitchen pantry from Turkey. There are many ways to prepare the pie. Grandmother prefers it trekendeshen this page, for aesthetic reasons and for strategic reasons: no child big or small, however to be petted, resists!
Leeks (4-5 units), after cleaning, cut in thin circles. In a deep pan add some butter and place over medium heat. Add leeks until softened and kaurdiseni better. Put a little milk. When drinking milk be the leek, remove the pan from the fire and let it cool.
In a deep pot thrown two eggs, cottage cheese (about 300g, you can replace with the same amount of crumbly white cheese) and, optionally, yogurt and a glass of water. Mix all well with each - and add the cooled leeks end.
