about 150g of spinach (I used frozen) about 150g of lean cottage cheese (can also be semi-fat, or fat :)) about 100g plain flour 2łyżki linen cabinet potato flour 1 egg 3 cloves of garlic (by me just one, but I love garlic!) wheat flour for flouring spices: pepper herbal, black, dill, a pinch of salt, garlic powder
Design: Spinach thawed-I thawed in a pot, add the garlic spinach. Meanwhile, the egg sticks to the pan, add the flour, cottage linen cabinet cheese and mix. Add the thawed spinach, stir. Adjust the seasoning. At the plate pour flour. Formulate balls with stuffing and tossed in flour. Throw into boiling water and cook until the dumplings rise to the surface. Pour sauce.
